The laundry has different sizes of machines and washing programs to choose according to your needs. The washing temperatures are 30-60 degrees Celsius. The washing program lasts only half an hour. You can see the remaining time on the machine’s screen. There are separate large machines for rugs and large home textiles. When you arrive at the laundry, you can find machine-specific, easy-to-use instructions directly above the machines. By following the instructions, you can start the machines easily.
The machines are available in three different sizes. As a basic guideline for filling washing machines is that the machine is full when there is a gap of a fist’s length between the laundry and the drum.
In addition to the normal washing temperatures, there is a separate down program at your disposal. Dryers are also well suited for drying down laundry. In the down program, fill the machine halfway.
The dryers have 3 different temperature level to dry the laundry. Select the appropriate temperature (low/medium/high) according to the material. With the pause button you can pause the drum if necessary. You can check that the laundry dries well and remove, for example, more sensitive materials already. If a pause is too long the dryer will turn off. The dryer automatically continues drying after you close the door. The dryer is filled halfway.
The machines dispense the detergent automatically and it is included in the price of the wash. The detergent is also suitable for wool and silk. Our detergent is fragrance-free, allergy-tested and Swan-labelled. Our detergent has good washing power even at low temperatures. You can also use a stain remover at the laundry.
We accept bank or credit card, contactless payment and ApplePay as means of payment. For business customers, we offer a laundry card for use and it’s billed monthly based on the actual usage. We also offer gift cards with different washing options.
Please make sure that your laundry is resistant to machine washing and tumble drying!
It is not allowed to wash shoes or horse warps in our machines.
With this machine you can wash machine-washable rugs You can fit two large rugs in to the machine.
The rugs should be slightly brushed before putting them in the machine. Wash similar colours at the same time. If there is wear on the rugs, it may be that the rug unravels more during washing. In this case, the most reliable program is delicate program
You can dry laundry and home textiles in dryers. Program lasts 30 minutes. Some textiles may require additional drying. In the drying lockers you can dry rugs and for example larger mattress toppers.
Only rugs or textiles that have been washed and tumble-dried in our laundromat can be dried in the drying lockers.
Laundry is dried in our efficient tumble dryers. You can dry all laundry that allows tumble drying in the machines. Fill the drum halfway so that there is enough air space for the laundry. You can find comprehensive instructions above the dryer. Shoes are not allowed to be dried in drums.
Fill, close the door, choose the temperature and start by paying.
A bigger drum is always more efficient. Pay attention to the amount of filling the drum. We recommend choosing a larger one to get the best possible drying result if you have large amount of laundry. In general, the down can’t be finished in one drying time, so be prepared for this. Our staff is happy to guide you in these matters either on site or by phone throughout the opening hours.

You can leave the rugs to dry for 24 hours in our drying lockers. You can set two large rugs in one cabinet, the maximum width for carpets is 190cm. You can also dry for example the cover of mattress topper. After you lock the door take the key with you.
You can only dry carpets or laundry washed by our machines.
Open the door, pull the bar into view and fill the bars. Close and lock the door. Start by paying and take the key with you.
We also wash flat washable rugs. Rugs are washed following the washing instructions, and in the absence of instructions, the washing method is agreed with customer. When you bring the rugs, we will calculate the washing price, and if necessary, we will evaluate the effect of possible stains on the washing result. A pick-up time for clean rugs can be arranged in the order according to your wishes. The maximum width of washable rugs is 200cm. No restrictions on length. When bringing rugs, please note that we only wash water-washable rugs.
We do not wash oriental or silk rugs.
A flexible transport service is also available.
You can leave linens, bedclothes and rugs, as well as overalls for us to wash. A service fee 14,90€ is added to the price. Linen laundry is priced separately, 6,5€/kg as folded. Please be prepared for that we need time for the delivery with this service. If you have something very urgent, please contact us as soon as possible.
No you don’t have to. The machines are at your service when they are free. If the previous washer’s laundry is in the machine and the machine is ready and you need the same machine, you can take the finished laundry in the basket and use the machine.
The detergents are fragrance-free, allergy-tested and Joutsemerkittyjä.
Horse warps cannot be washed in our machines.

You can dry only rugs that have been washed and spin-dried by our machines.
You can bring bed linen, bed matress covers, work overalls/sled overalls and carpets to be washed. Flat washable rugs and rag rugs.
A shuttle service is also available for rugs.
